Poupées Polae

The Polae dolls are unique pieces made of brown wax and various checked fabrics. Their creator Marie imagines them in Cameroon to reflect the double culture in which she lives. They wear a white cotton double gauze dress and small accessories. The details are hand-embroidered. They are stuffed with polyester wadding. H approximately 65 cm. Due to its handmade character this doll is not suitable for children's games but has a decorative and sentimental value. It meets the requirements of the General Product Safety Directive 2001/95/EC and is tested according to EN71-1 06-2018. To take care of her, it is advisable to clean the doll and her clothing separately and to dry them flat.
